3. Entrepreneur Troy Douglas, former Taurus intern fast-tracks to BRW fast growing with TaurusFastTrack™

One of my greatest joys, as an owner founder, is investing in our Taurus interns and graduate intake to go on and realise their dreams. Troy is one of my favourite stories.

Troy Douglas joined us on the Taurus FastTrack™ program and worked closely with me for 3 years learning business, smart tips, marketing, ethics and time management skills. He had a dream to open an iced tea business ‘’Nexba’’ – see his story in the BRW - so I worked with him during his three years working for me at Taurus, through his business and marketing plan, and pulled together the necessary advisory pool he needed.

I introduced him to key industry experts – one a friend and former Taurus client Peter Baron who ended up becoming Nexba’s Chairman and investor. After eighteen years, it is still my greatest joy to see things come good at Taurus for team members who join us. Go Troy and Nexba.
